Christmas Dinner for People who are homeless
About This Event
Each Christmas Day, Saint James remembers the homelessness of Jesus, Mary and Joseph by offering Christmas lunch to people who are homeless or do not have the resources to celebrate the birth of our Lord. Our guests are served a sit-down catered meal, enjoy live music, receive gifts, and enjoy fellowship with their friends, new and old. Many families and individuals experience this volunteer opportunity as a wonderful part of their Christmas tradition. Volunteers are needed to serve as table hosts/hostesses, distribute gifts and serve our guests, amongst other things. For more information or to volunteer contact Cathy Moore at 312-842-1919 X211 or our Volunteer Coordinator at volunteer@stjameswabash.org
